Shri. A. V. Subba Rao Hails from modest agricultural background of Elamarru, Krishna District, AP. And born to noble parents Shri Atluri Venkata Ramaiah and Smt. Hymavathy.

He had his education at Hindu College, Machilipatnam, and AC College, Guntur, Later received his Master’s Degree in Chemistry, from Bhopal University. 

Inspired by the philosophical though: As a lamp lights many lamps… Has been evincing a keen interest in education and is instrumental in the promotion of many a renowned institutions like Nalanda Education institutions, Vijayawda.

He imbibes, the qualities of the mind and of the heart to impart exceptional instruction to budding and aspiring professional students, thereby contribution to the enrichment of the educational scenario.
